Robbery
I got this email from a friend of mine the other day and thought I’d throw it out there
Hello to friends,
I am sharing my story because as each day passes I get madder and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
On Monday morning, our home was robbed. He/they were in our home not more than 40 mins; it may have been longer but I came home and interrupted them. The man I saw was approx. 5’ 10” about 220 lbs. Fortunately, he saw me and bolted. Unfortunately, by the time the police got here, he was long gone with most of my jewelry (Including wedding rings), our WII game system and our camera. Given the thoroughness of the search, there had to have been more the one person, but I only saw one.
Dony and I both saw a tan/goldish color SUV on our road that didn’t belong. The car drove passed Dony as he was leaving our road at 9:40, and I saw it parked in the turnout when I came home around 10:20am.
These are desperate times for many, so we must all be on our guard. If you happen to see a car of that description lurking, call the police. Don’t be lax about locking your doors, setting your alarms or hiding precious valuables in secure places.
…And if you happen to see any jewelry that you might recognize as mine, by all means tackle the person wearing it and get it

When seconds count,…the police are only minutes away.
Do you think a firearm could have come in handy?
Liberal as I am, I don’t have any particular issue with guns.
